So people just drive me crazy. I have a file folder in my office that I call "I wish the bus stopped in front of my house". It is all the crazy requests because they don't want to walk .12 of a mile. I had a Mom leave me a voice mail earlier this week. She was very upset because a stop had been added to her child's route. He was on the bus so long in the afternoon that he came home drenched with sweat. She gave me the route number and the stop location. So I looked up the route. A new stop had indeed been added to the route. So now he son was on the bus in the afternoon for 17 minutes instead of 14 minutes. Needless to say I have not called her back. The 3 stops on this route are less than 1/2 mile apart. The bus is air conditioned. Wow if it's that bad I guess you can always drive the kid yourself.

Apparently I can't type today and sent my previous posts without finishing them... Third time is the charm.
How frustrating!... Of course a person gets sweaty in 17 minutes on the bus! We live in the desert for crying out loud. In a month it won't be an issue.
I would add 3 stops on the route-- just to spite her.
This is reason a million to get on the whole teleportation thing.
We have a new bus driver this year. He seems a bit lost but all and all gets the kids to and from. The other parents have all called to complain about one thing or another. Who cares what side of the road he picks them up on!!! Or that he sits around the corner for 20 minutes before it's time to pick them up in the am!!! I am just glad I don't have to go sit in the pick up line for 30 minutes. Bless you and your sanity. :)
