The Wheels on the Bus

This afternoon Jenny rode the school bus for the first time. Having a little bit of clout I rode with her. I had a special needs driver drop me off at Sanborn on her way to Shumway. I was there about 10 minutes before the bell rang. I found a nice shade spot and waiting for Jenny. Jenny spotted me when the teacher was walking the kids to the bus. She was excited to see me. As we waited for the bus she asked if it had seat belts. I explained that buses don't need seat belt, it like the motor home is doesn't have seat belts. Her comment was but the bus doesn't have a kitchen. The little boy in line in front of her spotted a bus coming down the street. The teacher asked if it was their bus. He answered "Is Santa Claus in it?" As it got closer he yelled "it is Santa Claus it is our bus." Jenny and I talked all the way to her bus stop. She is the 2nd stop so it is not a very long ride. When we got to the stop Kristi, Cliff, Katie, Benjamin, Curtis and Abigail were waiting. (Kristi was watching Dustin and Sarah's kids today) Jenny said she had fun riding the bus with Grandma.
