Incredibly Blessed
Sometimes I forget how incredibly blessed I am. A co-workers son over dosed on heroin Saturday night. He was 29 and this was his 1st time. One bad choice and his family is in such pain. Today's brain scan showed very little activity. So now they are just waiting until every one can get here to say good bye before they take him off life support. I am so grateful my children are healthy and make such good choices. It only takes one bad decision to end your life.

Thank you for making this post. I do need to remember how blessed I am as well.
I was complaining the other day about how much I work, and how I wish I didn't work 2 jobs, etc. Evan just turned to me a said "Paula, you have TWO jobs. Some people don't have one right now".
Needless to say I shut up. And when more contracts came in today, I was grateful that we are so blessed.
