Bad way to start a week

Yesterday I woke up 5 minutes before my alarm went off with what I thought was the flu. I can't remember the last time I had the flu. Half an hour later Ron woke up with the same thing. So we decided it must be food poisoning. Sunday on the way home from San Diego we stopped outside of Yuma for gas and grabbed 2 regular roast beef sandwiches from Arby's. Since we both got sick within half an hour it had to be Arby's. So I spend the day in bed or the bathroom. I felt much better today and made it to work. I was feeling pretty good until lunch time. One of my friends brought salmon for lunch. That is one stinky fish on a good day, but today it was to much. I had to go stand up wind from the picnic table. Then to top it off she shared it with another driver who smeared his peanut butter on the salmon. It was gross.

On a brighter note I got a letter from Clayton. To the best of my knowledge this is what is says:

Hey Kathy, I finally am getting letters and the one from Lindsay made it through in a few days ago. I sent her a letter, don't know if she got it though. They don't tell us when we graduate so thanks (I told him he and Nick graduate the same week-end) now I have something to look forward to besides chow, lol. Tell Nick that I think it's cool and I will think about him on my graduation day as well. Easter sounds good, lol. I got contraband from Heidi and they ate the candy so I wouldn't get fat, lol. All I did today was combat fighting, a 3 mile run, and some smoking push ups and sit ups and flutter kicks (then 2 words I can't figure out). Love you too, and it's good to hear from you!!

I sent him a card last week and one of Lori's wedding announcements. Sounds like he is pretty happy. That amazes Nick. He doesn't think anyone should be happy at boot camp.
