Oops I did it again

I made another stained glass nativity wall hanging this week. This one is for my mother in law for her 77th birthday. She always comments on the one that Randi Sue made me. Hopefully she will be happy with the one I made for her. I had trouble with this one. I used Pellon Heat and Bond. It bonds great for the fist day. But on the second day I laid the wall hanging across the ironing board to add the bias tape, and to my surprise Joseph's face, beard and hair fell on the floor. Then it starting lifting in other places. Had to run to the fabric store and get wonder under. I won't every buy heat and bond again.
