Ranting

I can't go into details because of the FERPA law(Federal Education Rights & Privacy Act). But let me just say that NCLB (No Child Left Behind) is one of the dumbest law ever written by congress. Second only to McKinny-Vento (the homeless act).

Wow ranting doesn't really help when you can't go into details.
