A New Day, A New Year

I thought about closing my blog due to low ratings. Then this morning after reading a blog I frequent I decided to move forward. Even if no one reads my blog it is my feeble attempt to document milestones in my day, month and year.
Things have changed at work. New boss, new office, new responsibilities, and a new outlook. In the overhaul they were throwing out an old cubby cabinet. I have given it a new home in my sewing closet.
It was made for fabric

Saturday's milestone, and new cabinet in my sewing closet.  I can't believe how quickly it filled up. I decided to make this year the year of UFO's (unfinished objects). My plan is to finish one a month. January is to quilt and bind a baby quilt top I have had forever for the newest Maroney baby. T-Rex is scheduled to arrive in February. I should have a picture of the finished quilt by the end of the month.

I don't check your blog regularly, but only because it shows up automatically on my blog reader feed :)
Can't wait to see all your UFOs!
