I was walking to the copy room when our receptionist yelled at me "Kathy, isn't the east yard at Val Vista and Queen Creek"? She had an older gentleman standing at her counter. I walked over and told him that the yard was actually at Val Vista and Key Biscayne. He as how to get there so I can him turn by turn directions including how many stop lights he would pass. After all I am the route coordinator. He asked how long it would take to get there. I told him about 10 minutes. AS he was walking out the door, he turned around and asked if so and so works at that yard. I said yes she does. This employee knows everyone. She is like the Bob Winsor of the bus barn. About 45 minutes later I was standing in Connie's office (she is the director of transportation) when Sterling's (he is the supervisor) phone rang. I heard him say call the police, I am on my way. When he hung up I asked what happened. He said that so and so car was stolen. I told he probably not. I think might have been repo-ed. So I told him the story about the the man I gave direction too. I also said the police would have the car on a list if it was going to be repo-ed. He wanted to know why I gave the man the directions. I said that the receptionist had asked. Well so and so called back. Gilbert police said her wasn't stolen. So Sterling bellows (he likes to bellow) my name. I came down the hall and said "WHAT" the way I always do when he starts acting like Archie Bunker. He asked,"What exactly did the man say that makes me thing he came to repo the car"? I said I had told him everything the man said before. "So what makes you think the car was repo-ed"? I told him I can put 2 and 2 together. I'm not stupid. So About 15 minutes later I was walking out to the shop and I pasted Sterling's office. He was talking to Sophie, saying he didn't understand how they found out where the car was. Sophie told him that our locations are public knowledge. He said our employees are not. How do they find out she worked there? I poked my head in his office and said "They asked me and I tell them!". I can see into Connie's office, she is at her computer typing and he shoulders are just bobbing up and down. She thought the whole thing was hysterical. So later in the day I told Connie and Sterling that I need a new t-shirt. I needs to say "Repo....and I helped"
