It has been forever since I sat down and blogged. I was waiting until I could post the video from Roy & Kerry's wedding. Well the camera and computer are not speaking to each other, and I will need to wait until Ron has some free time.
On to the subject at hand. I have officially joined the many people at work as an active member of Scooterville. Thanks to a sweetheart of a Sister-in-law I am riding a scooter to work everyday. What a gas saver. I drove to work for 6 days on half a gallon of gas. When the subject of scooters first came up Ross told Ron that Susie had a scooter sitting in Roy's garage. He suggested we borrow it before buying to see if I liked it. So Susie let us borrow the scooter. Ron got it licensed and insured and the timing could not have been better. Those of you that follow family blogs know that Ashley and Zach's car was in an accident. While they are waiting for the insurance company to figure things out poor Ashley is stranded. So now she came use my car during the week and just bring it home for week-ends.
Some time soon I have Lori take my picture as I get ready to ride off into the night (it is really the morning, but 4:45 is still dark) and post it for your viewing pleasure.

That is great! A door closes and window opens!
I am so jealous.
Tell me, what kind of scooter is it?
Can't wait to see a pic. Get Ron to work on the comp/cam problem and get that pic posted ASAP.
Do you have to have a motorcycle license? How fast does it go?
Questions,questions,questions.
The scooter is a Tank 50cc and goes 35 MPH so I don't need a motorcycle license. But that is okay because on my route to work 35is the highest posted speed limit. Someday Susie will want the scooter back and I am going to buy a 125cc. For that I will need a license, I have a friend at work with a 125cc and she is going to let me use her's to get my license. Hope to have it before Christmas
